Roger Fincher is a competent attorney in the practice of personal injury law and similar. His practice just relocated to the Topeka Blvd. location right near the capitol building of Topeka, Kansas , and his new office is somewhat spacious. He has by my count about 6 other people on staff supporting him and judging from their interactions and work done for me, I suspect the support staff are as competent as it gets.
